SUMMER HARVEST TABLE RECIPES – CHEESEBOARD

THE DELI BY BACK’S CHEESEBOARD

Everyone loves a classic cheeseboard from the Deli by Back’s. So drop in at the deli on the estate to grab all the goodies you need to create the perfect snack platter this festive season.

 To create this platter, you will need:

  • 1x jar of Blueberry jam
  • 1 x Fresh Ciabatta bread loaf
  • 1 x Fairview Traditional Brie cheese
  • 300g of Cherries and/or red grapes
  • 1 X Fairview Traditional Camembert cheese
  • 1 x White Rock with Cranberries
  • 1 x Cream Cheese With Cherry
  • 1 x jar of Marinated Feta and Olives
  • 200g of Parma ham or any deli meat

 To assemble

 You will need all the ingredients, including a serrated bread knife and some cheese knives, as well as a cheese platter to plate. 

Top tip: pair with the Polo Club Sauvignon Blanc or the Perfect Host for a light and refreshing drink as you indulge in the richness of the Fairview cheese.
