POTJIEKOS COMPETITION 2018

The inaugural potjiekos competition, an initiative by our home owners and the Val de Vie Estate social committee, took place on Saturday 19 May at the Pearl Valley Boma.       Val de Vie Estate residents – Ryk Neethling (Val de Vie Estate Marketing Director and Shareholder), Eugene Eloff and Gerard van Staden (The Valley restaurant chef) – judged the contestants on taste, inventiveness and presentation. Team Midas Earthcoat walked away as the winning team with their spicy Mexican potjie, with the Misfits in second place and Brick Art in third place.
