Record sales on Val de Vie Estate over the past twelve months attest to a dynamic property market on South Africa’s top residential estate. VAL DE VIE – A BETTER LIFE FOR ALL

Since 2004, sustainable development has been at the heart of Val de Vie Estate. When Martin Venter purchased the farm on which he envisioned to build Val de Vie Estate, there were nine families working and residing on the land.
