OVER THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION RAISED TO ASSIST DRAKENSTEIN VALLEY PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Over R750 000 worth of shoes and backpacks are being donated to the 19 non-fee-paying primary schools in the Paarl vicinity during January and February 2019.   More than two hundred Grade 3’s from Mbekweni Primary were delighted to receive their reflective back packs and road safety training from Visibility is Life and the Val de Vie Foundation on Friday 18 January.     Overall, all Grade 3 learners from 19 schools in Drakenstein Valley will receive 2,200 reflective backpacks and sixteen schools will receive almost 2, 800 pairs of Buccaneer school shoes for their most needy learners.     These funds [...]
