Please present and scan your valid Webtickets Ticket at the gate for Estate entry, an event wristband will be given to you. Remember that you need a valid driver’s and vehicle licenses for Estate entry.

The dress code for the event is African polo-chic with a touch of blue.

No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted.

Please note that there are two entrances to Val de Vie Estate:

Val de Vie Estate Berg River Gate (R45)

  • From the N1 take exit 55 for R45/R101 toward Franschhoek/Paarl/Main Road then turn right onto Main Road, take the next left turn onto the R45 and proceed straight until Val de Vie Estate comes up on your left.

Val de Vie Estate Berg River Gate (R301)

  • From the N1 take exit 59 for Mandela Freedom Road toward Paarl/R301/Wellington then turn right onto Mandela Freedom Road and continue straight until you see the turn off to Val de Vie Estate on your right.

There is no need to bring your own parasol as there will be enough shade.
Picnic blankets are permitted, but the Stella Artois Picnic area will be set up with first-come, first-served picnic-style seating.
No outside food will be allowed. A variety of food trucks and bars will be available for purchase.

The event is entirely cashless. Please note that only card payments will be accepted at all bars and food trucks.

No, tickets will not be available for purchase on the day of the event.

Regrettably, no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event.

All refunds will be made to attendees, in the unlikely event that the event is cancelled.

The event will proceed as planned. There are ample parasols and covered areas available to provide shelter in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions.
