Wines sourced from Durbanville. Cooler area with longer ripening period gives it a lot of flavour. Mixture of ripe, tropical and green style. Freshly cut grass aromas, guavas and granadilla nuances. These aromas are complimented with a crisp acidity.
Grapes picked in sessions. Leaves are broken off to expose bunches to sunlight for 2 days. Outside become ripe and sweet, while the inside is still fresh, green and a bit more acidic. That is why you get all the flavours in one glass.
Goes well with tomato and/or basil dishes. Great with fish, chicken or salads.
