The Grapevine

The Grapevine is the official quarterly mouthpiece of the Home Owners Association and is a showcase of the lifestyle, events and day to day happenings within the estate. It also serves as a showcase of products and service providers, by means of advertising, to the Val de Vie market place. 1000 copies of the publication are distributed directly to all home owners, residents and contractors and is available across the estate and from the building control office.

Cornerstone

Due to high demand, the Cornerstone was developed as a Building, Maintenance and Alterations supplement to the estate and its Home Owners Association publication – the Grapevine. The Cornerstone covers editorial such as building, architecture, landscaping, aesthetics and building guidelines. The publication acts as a platform for current and potential suppliers to showcase their products by means of advertising. 1000 copies are printed bi-annually and whilst being distributed to home owners and new investors alike, the main target market are the contractors and other suppliers to the estate. The publication is distributed by hand to all investors and to all suppliers via the building control office.
