Panic & Alarm Systems

We encourage residents to make use of a Panic or Alarm system that is monitored off-site by Thorburn Remote Monitoring. Please contact Brett Ashington for details.

Innerlane Booms/Remotes

Our security infrastructure has been designed in such a way to have access control to our residential areas via dedicated boom controls.

Should residents experience problems with the system, please contact our security staff at the Northern Gate or at the Security Hotline.

For remotes, please contact HOA reception during office hours.

Deliveries & Collections

All deliveries are to be made via South Gate during office hours. 

Security or staff will NOT receive any delivery on behalf of residents/other parties.  Pre-arrangement of deliveries is adviced.

Lost & Found Items

All items found on the estate are kept by security where it will be kept for a maximum of 60 days.

Enrollment

Enrollment are strictly controlled.  The necessary forms are to be completed during office hours at HOA reception.  It is adviced to make an appointment.
