Private Room

Private Room is an on and off-site coordination service that promises you a boutique event experience. With our expertise, we can coordinate anything from baby showers and birthdays to kitchen teas and cocktail parties, all in the privacy of your home or your chosen venue.

The planning process is simple and stress-free. The first step is for our team to view your house or venue, helping us to envision it as a gorgeous entertainment space. We will discuss your menu, decor and entertainment requirements, as well as offer invaluable tips and etiquette advice. For your convenience, we oversee the hiring, planning, set-up and the final break-down of the event.

Importantly, we realise that an event should be a relaxed and fun experience. Our coordinators work discreetly behind the scenes, allowing you to enjoy your role as hostess and the company of your guests. At the end of your event, you can be assured that your home or venue will be left in the same condition as it was before.

For any enquiries, please contact Val de Vie Events. We will create a fee card for you and arrange a meeting with you over a cup of coffee.

I would just like to thank you for coordinating and doing my birthday celebration. You did it with ease and no request was too big or too small, even the five different menus I requested (sorry about that!).

Everything went so smoothly and it was a real pleasure working with you. Thanks for all the beautiful ideas and bringing it all together. I think it looked absoloutely stunning and got many compliments on the food and decor. Please also thank Nico, he is very talented.

You are a true asset to your company and we look forward to doing more celebrations with you. Not many companies give you service in this day and age and I salute you girls, that really was service beyond self. May you always be succesful as wonderful people like you truly deserve it.
